Reason: Rights abusing for no reason (Ban/Kick)

Description about problem:Okey, let me explain , what actually happened. It was simple day , when i play on GoD DD server , just was taking some fun. After some mins i killed lacek , probably , he got some rage and started to abuse his rights ( kicking me).After it , i came back on server and asked him - 'why did you kick me?'.
He told me , that he kicked me because , i've 'not-stable fps' (45-46).I said to yourself : 'ok , no problem , it's just one kick' , and continued to play . But after it , i got kicked again , i was just driving around (wasn't even hitting someone).I CAME BACK and asked him again and he told me that i'm lagger and trying to kill all with -5 fps ;D.
After it he just decided to ban me , probably , because he just wanted to do it(nothing special , he's admin , he's cool 8))
I didn't expect GoD admins to be so rude and dishonest in relation to the players..Probably , this post won't change anything , and no one will unban me , i'm sure , but i just want you to know , what actually happened.

i think*39-50 fps is totally normal. :) and -5 or -10 fps drop too :)

When did i have less than 44 fps?Yes , probably , sometimes i had some drops (like 4-5
fps , because my pc isn't an good) , but in 70-80% of my gameplay i had 49-50 fps. So , you're just abuser , nothing else.

Dont be so upset.. You've lost that little bit of respect everyone starts with after many wars vs me and my clans. I think if im abusing with my rights on our clan's server is still better than a player who's trying to get an advantage by using every little inch of his lagg on wars. But its only me against the big oso

Peso ha még tényleg pc miatt lenne neki de mikor ütközik 55ről 39re droppol meg cwken írja hogy benyomja a laggswitchert vagy a frapset.. teamsaybe.. szerinted megmérdemelte :)

So, what you're trying to say is, that if you, say, cheated on a war, you should be able to play on public servers otherwise, and everyone should just take your that you are playing fair this time? I don't think it works that way.
Please, note that I'm not saying that you, or anybody used cheats, this was just an analogue/example.
